Mr. Syed Rafiqul Hasan has 38 years of experience in Bangladesh and Abroad with extensive hands on experience in hospitality management, office administration, logistics, in store management in hospital.

He had overseen menu preparation and management for several major hospitals in Dhaka, such as, Lab Aid in Dhanmondi, United Hospital, Gulshan, Institute of Child and Mother Health (ICMH), Matuail, Dhaka, and BRAC.  He has managed numerous programs involving catering services, such as, marriage ceremonies, birthday ceremonies, conferences and workshops, and various types of social programs.  He has been consulted for catering service design for hospitals, educational institutions, and industrial organizations.

He had managed many so he can handle any responsibility relating to hospitality management and catering with confidence.  The following are some of the consulting engagements he completed recently:

Profile of CEO

Abdul MuneimBaksh is a veteran catering management professional having over 15 years of experience working different catering company as well as in local restaurant chains. He very much oriented in corporate clients and managed BATB Canteen, opened and managed BICC Convention hall under Orion group, has been opening staff for Fantasy Kingdom. Besides he worked with Radisson Water Garden Hotel and Seagull (Cox’s bazar) for a considerable time. 

He started his career doing “National Certification Course on Food & Beverage Service from Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation. National Hotel Tourism Training Institute (NHTIT)”. He kicked up his career from the very root level of this industry at Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel. 

He believed in changes in career progression. He has been a tour organizer and senior tour operator of Green Bangla Tourism for more than one year. He adapted the organizing and operation management skill from there which is helping him to maintain a swift operation in day to day work. 

He has worked in various places to prove himself ready for this industry. He has got a chance to show his skill at Bangabandhu International Conference Center (BICC) operated by AgrabadAccom-Consortium Ltd. As a Food & Beverage Senior Suvervisor. He has been worked for six years to make himself a non-replaceable person. 

To keep the career progression and prove himself, he has switched over various restaurant and banquet hall. He worked at Saffron (The Garden Restaurant), RAOWA Convention Hall and ICCB Convention City (Bashundhara Group) which was operated by Iqbal Hossain Catering Service and that was the handshake with the catering line. 

After several years of working in this food industry he was the canteen opener and manager of the British American Tobacco Bangladesh canteen which was operated by June &Zaeif Catering Group. 

He has been proved as a professional industry leader and joined as General Manager at White Hall Convention Center. He has proved himself to be the industry leader by his hard work, skill and dream to get his name in the top list. 

He was the General Manager of Monsoon Catering where he is proving himself the best in this segment. Besides all the work of the company he operates 24/7 canteen service of Bashundhara Group Factory where more than 2500 people dine every day. 

He is very much processes oriented and has the modern outlook of service in the industry segments. He is a qualified faculty of AKS Khan Centre for Excellence Limited (ACE); conducting classes for the Department of Tourism & Hospitality Management of The University of Dhaka. He is the Chief Faculty of Food & Beverage Service Department of ACE. 

He has been the architect of the BIPSHOT service rendered for Bangladesh Army to cater for over 22 nationalities nationals under United Nations Training program with 122 types of variety of cuisines at 18 different locations of BIPSHOT Training in 2018.

Currently, He is the CEO of Khabar Dabar Catering which has more than forty years of reputation in the market. He is the designer of the company strategies and new outlook of the company to make it the best.

Profile of General Manager

Md. Ataur Rahman, an Operation and SCM personnel who has the vast and unique knowledge in Catering Industry. He has twelve years of experience in this industry with proven track record. He has been worked with the top listed catering of this country. He has worked with Spice Catering for four years as an Operation Executive where he starts his journey officially. He has to manage all the operations and supply chain management for the company as well as to manage all the staffs and kitchen employees. Rooster Scheduling, Setup planning and Event setup was the main focus of this career where he proved himself the best. His next move was his life changing decision to switch over the company. He joined Monsoon Catering as an Operation Manager and worked there for next three years. Here he has got the in total experiences of a catering company as example stock maintain, inventory management, kitchen management, purchase monitoring. Best part of his responsibilities is to maintain liaison and communicate with the clients. Currently, he is working with Khabar Dabar Catering as an Operations Manager. Khandakar Hasibur rahman, an International Multi Cuisine Chef who has versatile experiences of working in home and abroad. He has got broad experiences of 08 years in this Chef Industry, who has gained and certified by many worldwide organizations for his excellence. Starting his career from Pan Pacific Sonargaon, Dhaka as a kitchen associate under F&B Production and then going through by Le Meridien & IUB Cafeteria for further experience. He has got his training and certifications from National Hotel & Tourism Training Institute under Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation and the Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel. Now he has got his excellence in Bengali, Indian, Thai, Chinese, Italian, Turkish and Arabian Cuisine. He is currently one of the best Multi Cuisine Executive Chefs in town right now. Currently, he is working as an Executive Chef at Khabar Dabar Catering. We are thinking of a big goal by having him with us.
